Get fit during lunch break

Short Workout at Home - mobilisation of joints, strengthening of stabilising muscles - especially for people who (have to) sit a lot but anybody can join!
Only equipment you need is a mat (or a carpet) and a chair.
You will feel better, more mobile and motivated for the rest of the day! Exercising together is more fun :)
