Dear members,

It’s time to increase love for your loved ones or yourself on Valentine’s Day. What’s better than a romantic date night with great food, maybe with a glass of wine.

Too many potatoes at home? Thinking of how to cook them before they sprout? Here are 2 easy potato recipes that I would like to share with you. Cooking together with me online, surely it would be a great dinner. Wishing all a Happy Valentine’s Day in advance.

Ingredient 1
Portion for 2 person

Potatoes: 2 big ( cut into finger size )
Preferably not the purée potato
Carrot: 1
Spring onion: 2 stalk
Salt and pepper
Balsamico/ vinegar: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon.
Shouyu: optional
A non-stick pan is preferred

Ingredient 2
Portion for 1 person
Fry pan size: 20 cm.

Boiled potatoes: 1 big or 2 small
Boil about Protected content . Cool it down and slice into pieces.
Egg: 1 big egg (scramble with some salt and pepper)
Feta cheese
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Tomatoe paste/ sauce or 1 big fresh tomatoe
Onion: 1 onion cut into small pieces
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 1 teaspoon/ potional

A non-stick pan is preferred.
*fresh Basil leaves to garnish.
