November_Yoga Open Activities
Through Hatha Yoga we can achieve a balance between the mind and the body. This type of yoga incorporates asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and savasana (relax) ... but there's more, yoga isn't just a physical practice, it is also a life style. As practitioners we can perform vedanta/dhyana (meditation) and involve our daily feeding habits (vegeterian)...
So...let's join to share!!! These topics are planned in an open Saturday event as you can find and choose in activities* described below:

*For class please ensure you finish any meal at least 2 hours before the session, and bring your yoga mat or a towel. Wearing comfortable (loose) clothing is recommendable.
*Due to the nature of this practice, there are some precautions: people who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at the class this time: Women who are currently pregnant /Anyone who has had a major open surgery in the last 6 months /Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks / Not suitable for anyone who has hernia
