Dear all,

Let’s get together every Wednesday to practice some Strength Yoga! ;)

Happy to announce the first of the many classes that now will take place regularly at Protected content , only for Internations members ;)

In this class, we´ll bring attention to the arms.

SUPPORT THE ARMS

Many large and small muscles help you curl your fingers, move your hands, flex your wrists, extend your elbows, and lift your arms. For everyday activities, three of the most important are the biceps, the triceps, and the deltoids. The biceps run along the front of the upper arms and are responsible for bending the elbows. The triceps, along the backs of the upper arms, extend the elbows to straighten the arms. The deltoids, which form the outer layer of the upper arms where they meet the shoulders, lift the arms to the sides; they also help lift the arms to the front, extend the arms behind, and rotate the arms inward and outward.
Arm balances are built on a commitment to softness. Adding challenging arm balances into our practice can teach us a lot about discipline, but too much hardness in our efforts will get in the way. Is good to learn to be strong, but at the same time supple.

This will be a 75mins Hatha-Vinyasa style class in English. The class includes a short meditation. The center offers some mats, blocks and blankets for support, but If possible I recommend you to bring your own mat ;)
These classes are open, all levels, beginners are welcome ;)

The center offers bathrooms to change and a small room to leave your belongings.
We will start sharp at 19.30hrs, 5 mins late arrival will be given.

Since the spots are limited, if you are not sure to make it please remove yourself from the guest list at least 1 day prior to the class, so others can join ;)
