Mindfulness Start-up Session

I will hold this Mindfulness meditation initiation session just for you, that do a thousand things at once, you all day long connected to your cellular, working on your computer, trying to cope with your personal and professional life in a balanced way.
You may get upset quickly because of a demanding job, dealing with co-workers or with your kids.
You may have the sensation of not recognizing yourself, of losing control over your emotions, of ruminating, of blaming yourself, of not being able to confront conflicts efficiently, and feel overwhelmed by everyday situations ....
For once offer yourself some time just for you, that will help you to get connected with your inner-self. Let yourself know mental calmness. Come to learn to focus on your breathing, your sensations and your emotions.
You will learn the first tools of this so celebrated, because demonstrated effective in reducing stress and regulating emotions.
You will have the opportunity to practice several short meditations, sitting and lying down, in accordance with the teachings and methodology from Jon Kabat Zinn, creator of the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). MBSR scientifically tested effective in treating issues like anxiety, low mood and stress, even in the treatment of depression and addictions.
The outcome can just be great!
Bring a mat, a cushion, a blanket and comfortable clothes.
Date: Monday April 16: From 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Fee: € 5 participation/person for renting the session room
