Chi Kung: “Moving Mediation“ to Improve Vitality & Wellbeing
Chi Kung (Qi Gong) is a practice, related to martial arts, for the cultivation of vital energy. It includes a variety of techniques than combine gentle movements, stretching, self massage and conscious breathing , in a “meditation in movement”.
The objetive of Chi Kung is to create and store energy, to achieve a greater state of wellbeing at all levels (physical, mental and emotional).
