MIndfulness is to be familiar with the content of your mind. Its a psicoeducative training, that need patience, practice and be individual experienced. Benefits are great.... Gain focus, reduce stress, gain control over emotions, autoknwoledge, empathy, develop compasion, reduce anxiety....self knowledge...
Im a certified teacher by Nirakara-Brown University for teaching Mindfulness, MBSR ( standard program of Minfulness), and a experience 6 years estable meditation practice. Im currently studying at Complutense University a Master in Mindfullness aply to laboral and sanitaire context. So im working in a Mindfulness base intervention to use with awarenes , of SMART Phone, and promote a concious use of movil phone. This is only a metaphor or an excuse to practice Mindfulness.
