Yoga basics I - Creating wellness workshops

Dear all,
Hope you’re enjoying winter time and the sunny days in Madrid 😉
Please join me in a series of 3 theorical-practical workshops on yoga foundation and wellness practices with the aim to create our own well-being.
These workshops are designed for people who are new to yoga and also for people that have experience practicing yoga.
i- In this first session we will learn and practice:
-What is really yoga? Beyond a physical practice
-Where and how to start? Types of yoga. Structure of a session. Where do our will comes?
-Asanas practice. Deepening on basic postures.
-What to expect after a yoga practice
-Yoga off the mat
-Happiness Foundations – practical tips & exercises
i - What to bring:
-A yoga mat
-A small cushion (to sit on)
-A small notebook and a pen
-Bottle of water
-Light comfortable clothes
We will start with a short meditation, intention setting (bring your own personal Sankalpa) and do some stretching to mobilize our body.
The space is limited so we will have a small group.
Your spot is only confirmed with a Bizum to Protected content
Please arrive at least 10 mins before start. We will begin sharp.
