Forest bathing close to a Palace

Huge trees, birds singing, sun and shadows, green all around you.
Let,s practice a forest bathing. A calm walk, where you connect with the nature thanks to your five senses. A forest bathing is like coming back to your essence.
We will practice the Shinrin Yoku, as they do in Japan, where it was born. A peaceful practice that reengages you with mother earth and provides great benefits for mental and physical health.
This time we will go to Jardines del Campo del Moro. Gardens behind the Royal Palace at Madrid.
Please, this is a calm actitivity. We don't rush and we have noble silence as part of the walk. Take into consideration if this is your type of event π§ββοΈ
β What to bring:
- Confortable cloths.
- Take warm cloths acording to your personal temperature.
- You don,t need a mat. It,s not allowed to sit at the grass.
IMPORTANT: Please be puntual π Garden doors close at 19:50.
Nearest tube station Principe Pio. Pls have a look to the map to arrive on time. The entrance it,s at the paseo de la virgen del puerto, not at Cuesta de San Vicente St.
