Unknown Spain
Join me to try some unknown Spanish grape varieties from wine regions like Almansa, Arribes or Campo de Calatrava.... with many local grapes unique to its region. I love those "weird" wines that defy the universal Merlot / Cabernet taste... The wines need food, so let us see what we cook, but we will have a meal for sure.
