Witches' Night: Panoramic Walk & Bonfire Celebration
Join us for one of the most magical Czech traditions!
Every year on April 30th, Prague lights up with bonfires to "burn the witches" and welcome the arrival of spring. It’s a night of community, myths, and—of course—good food and drinks. We’ve planned a perfect evening for you to experience this like a local, combined with some of the best views in the city.
📍 The Plan
We will meet in front of the Army Museum Žižkov and take a scenic walk through Vítkov Hill. We’ll pass the iconic Jan Žižka statue (perfect for a group photo!) and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city.
Our walk will end at Prague Central Camp, a hidden green oasis in Žižkov, where a large communal bonfire, live music, and typical Czech refreshments (like "špekáčky" – sausages to grill over the fire) will be waiting for us.
🎒 What to bring?
•Comfortable walking shoes.
•Warm layers (it gets chilly once the sun goes down).
•Your best mood for networking!
Note: Entrance is free, please bring some cash for drinks or food just in case.
🕒 Attendance
Fair Play: If you can't make it, please cancel your attendance at least 1 hour before the start. It’s a matter of courtesy to the organizer and your fellow members.
Waiting: If you are running late, please post a comment on the event wall so we know we should wait for you.
