Ready to Join?

Free guided meditation community class. Open to all. Come clear the mind, reconnect to your true self, focus and center as we work with the breath, exploring pranayama (breath control) techniques bathed in beautiful candlelight. Effective for stress and anxiety, improves brain function and memory, easy to practice, results are immediately noticeable. All levels. Excellent for beginners. Please arrive 10 minutes early. We will begin promptly at 7:30 pm.

In our busy modern lives, meditation is more important than ever. Meditation helps calm the mind, balance the emotions, relieve stress, bring balance into our lives, refocus energy, and promote healthy, positive contemplation.
