On registering for the following roles please sign up via the link provided Protected content
Roles are as follows:

Checkout Desk Protected content

Check out team will ensure guest rewards purchases are completed and processed correctly

♦ Set up area and keep the checkout area clean and organized

♦ Record items selected

♦ Collect reward cards from guests

♦ Say goodbye to all of the guests and check to see that everything was wonderful

Host/Hostess: (2 volunteers)

Host | Hostess will be in charge of ensuring guests feel welcomed while processing their paperwork

♦ Set up area and keep the hostess stand clean/organized

♦ Greet guests, check them off the guest list

♦ Provide priority access to Dare2B kids

♦ Ensuring that only Protected content enter at a time to ensure they have a great shopping experience

♦ Provide photo release forms and ensure they are completed and signed

♦ Keep count of guests attending

♦ Say goodbye to all of the guests and check to see that everything was wonderful

Photographer: (1 volunteer)

Photographers will be in charge of capturing footage for all our volunteers, donors and sponsors.

♦ Bring your own professional camera

♦ Capture candid formal and informal photos and videos

♦ Provide all images to Dare2B

Salesperson: Books and Misc Items (2 volunteers)

The sales team will be in charge of providing a unique shopping experience to help children learn about finances and making purchasing decisions.

♦ Set up station with items | products available

♦ Maintain station clean, organized and replenished

♦ Assist the guests in making purchasing decisions by explaining products available

♦ When necessary, explain the points and rewards card process to children and families selecting items at your station

Salesperson: Clothing Rack (2 volunteers)

The sales team will be in charge of providing a unique shopping experience to help children learn about finances and making purchasing decisions.

♦ Set up station with items | products available

♦ Maintain station clean, organized and replenished

♦ Assist the guests with sizing and making purchasing decisions by explaining products available

♦ When necessary, explain the points and rewards card process to children and families selecting items at your station

Salesperson: Hygiene Essentials (3 volunteers)

The sales team will be in charge of providing a unique shopping experience to help children learn about finances and making purchasing decisions.

♦ Set up station with items | products available

♦ Maintain station clean, organized and replenished

♦ Assist the guests in making purchasing decisions by explaining products available

♦ When necessary, explain the points and rewards card process to children and families selecting items at your station

The sales team will be in charge of providing a unique shopping experience to help children learn about finances and making purchasing decisions.

♦ When necessary, explain the points and rewards card process to children and families selecting items at your station

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
♦ NO walk ins permitted. All volunteers must be registered in advance

♦ Minimum age 21

♦ Wear black solid shirt (NO logos), blue jeans, comfortable shoes

♦ All volunteers are required to retrieve, arrange and store all assigned equipment

♦ Photo release forms will be provided upon arrival
