The Maharani - History of Malaga Its Culture & Folklore + Dinner

Wow, this is something unique - "The Maharani." A work based on the fictional life of Ana María Delgado Briones, "Anita Delgado," the Malaga-born copla singer who became H.H. Maharani of Kapurthala, a city in the state of Punjab (India), the former capital of the principality during the period when India belonged to the British Empire. A tribute to a woman as forgotten as she was empowered in a world where women's freedoms and rights were conspicuous by their absence. A way to experience the history of Malaga, its culture, and folklore.
