Kanbutsu, dried foods & creative party style cuisine by Eiko Kasai, chef of Sasanoha restaurant in Kita-kamakura

Many original ideas with lots of dried veggies and seaweed, for the appetizer, canapé, side dishes, main dish, salad, soup, mixed rice, dessert.
*Kanbutsu, dried foods are the great source of fiber. Umami, good taste is condensed, easily cooked.

Eiko Kasai is working as chef of Sasanoha more than 25 years and specialise in the japanese traditional vegetarian cooking. She also has a large recipes variations of original and fusion style cuisine.

In this special cooking presentation, she will host the participants as if they are at her home with the creative menu ideas, using differents types of Kanbutsu, dried foods. There will be demonstration, recipe explication, some practice and lots of tasting and eating.

*Garlic and onions will be used. All vegan.
