100 hour leavening Pizza in Firenze!
Not far from the center of Florence, near Piazza di Verzaia, stands the Protected content
restaurant. The restaurant's menu is entirely dedicated to the Neapolitan culinary tradition and one of the house's specialties is undoubtedly the pizza, obviously prepared following the ancient Neapolitan recipe with a hundred-hour leavening and thanks to the natural mixture of which it is composed, makes the pizza light to digest, thus returning the goodness of the pizza that everyone loves without the heaviness of the after dinner.
In this pizzeria you can appreciate the reconstruction of a Neapolitan alley. From a small terrace sprout clothes "hanging out to dry". The lights are suffused to remember the little light that filters in these streets with the buildings close to each other. Inside the room itself, a sign indicates the pizzeria where there is a wood-burning oven.
