PLEASE READ! - NOT THE AVERAGE EVENT

Since there are quite a few people interested in fine dining, I’m going to start a new series to discover some of the finest restaurants in town. This comes with the conviction that expensive doesn’t necessarily mean best, but that there is something more to enjoy than just eating.

As these restaurants require prepayment, I will keep the list closed. If you are interested, please ADD YOUR NAME TO THE WAITING LIST! I will contact everyone personally to confirm a seat. I hope you understand that I can’t put my name and credit card down for 6 guests and then find out that people cancel at the last minute.

That said, we will start with one of those restaurants that doesn’t have a Michelin star, but looks like it could. And, I’ve heard, might have one soon… 😉 A small restaurant in the Cabanyal, with a strong focus on seasonal Mediterranean produce, precise cooking and a tasting-menu format.
