A 40 minutes indoor bootcamp to get the sweat running and blood pumping, with 10 minutes stretching exercise.
The instructor is Francis Lai, a former London based Personal trainer and a US Air Force veteran.
This is for any fitness level. Taking part and having fun is the main goal.
Please inform Francis if you have any injury, before we start the exercises.
