Hear SF's Current Poet Laureate and Live Music + Socializing
Shake up your Monday and come to the Commonwealth Club, on SF's waterfront, for a unique arts and social event. Hear Genny Lim, San Francisco’s current poet laureate—also an acclaimed playwright and performer—whose work reflects SF's resilience and is inspired by her youth in Chinatown and North Beach. She'll be accompanied by musicians Chris Trinidad, known for jazz, Latin, and experimental music, and Unpil Baek, a pianist anchored in improvisation and cross-genre collaboration. After, we'll mingle with fellow attendees.

Their weekly radio broadcast, the oldest in the United States, dates back to Protected content . It's located on the San Francisco waterfront, in an historic two story structure Protected content was the International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) Union Hall and the site of the Protected content strike.
