The Art of Staying Happy
Dear all, I want to invite you to join me for the Sunday wellness and Yoga session, which will take place on Sunday, 22 January from 13:00 untill 15:00 in Protected content . Under the guidance of the 2 very dedicated and highly trained instructors you'll learn how to feel happy in your body and stay in balance.
The session is divided in 2 parts. First one from 13:00 till 14:00 is for-Yoga (flow, breathing, relaxation).
The second one from 14:00 till 15:00 will be dedicated to aromatherapy, conscious dance, guided meditation and chanting.
You can choose one of them or you can go for both.
The professional guides to the world of Yoga will help us on the way to the healthy connection between our bodies and souls in a spacious and bright space. See you there.
