The café's heart is its diverse brunch offerings, which leave nothing to be desired. Many of the dishes are vegetarian, some even vegan.
Many dishes are based on fresh sourdough bread, enhanced with various spreads and toppings. These are complemented by crispy rolls, buttery croissants, and homemade granola.
The Avocado Stulle is particularly popular – creamy avocado puree with fresh avocado slices on sourdough bread, refined with pomegranate seeds. For cheese lovers, the "Grilled Cheese Deluxe" features melted Cheddar, Gouda, and Grana Padano with caramelized onions, served with mixed pickles and homemade sauces.
Oriental flavors are brought to the table by "Shakshuka" – a classic tomato and bell pepper stew with two eggs, sourdough bread, and spicy chili oil. Those looking for something more sophisticated can choose the cured salmon with onsen egg, hollandaise sauce, and fresh horseradish.
In addition to first-class coffee, the team also serves trendy matcha and delicious juices. A special highlight is the Houjicha Latte, a Japanese green tea with a nutty, slightly smoky, and caramel flavor.
