We are so complex, bound to terrestrial ways of being and yet it feels so easy to become aware and feel how lightness emerges from within. Meanwhile, the spiritual dimension can only be explored between our senses.
Join us for a meaningful meditation exercise. Each time, you will have the chance to explore a different way of thinking, so that your mind may lead you towards a better way of being.
