We are in a society where everyone is running, there is a belief that has sunk into us that 'time is getting away, that there isn't enough of it, and that you must pedal faster and faster to keep up” and for this, the term “time sickness” was coined by doctor Larry Dossey. He underlined and i experience it with my clients that there are concrete difficulty and resistance to slow down and stop as a feeling of guilt rises and also because they fear boredom may occur.

But what really happens when we slow down? It helps us to get in touch with ourselves, to become aware of what is happening inside of us, feeling our own rhythm, being able to listen to ourselves – that belly feeling can emerge, and really understand what we need, what we want and respond to the situations and not just react to them;

The more we are in contact with our real self the more we will be able to express ourselves staying loyal to us and authentic in the relationship (work , romance, family).

It will be a time and space where the participant will be able to make the first steps in slowing down, becoming aware of themselves feeling thet body & mind connection.
We will do some body experience through movement & breathing, some experience through working in pairs at cognitive level and some theory and Q&A moment.
