Yaaayyyy! Spring is approaching, and you all might be thinking about Spring cleaning & cleansing your homes right?
** What about your Body, Mind and Soul?
Using Kundalini Yoga -- Thasveer will show you few basic and simple exercises, breathing techniques and meditation that can work on all the following three levels to help you with detoxing your Physical, Mental and Emotional well-being.
Thasveer Kaur Brar is a former BA employee(retired) and a very loving grandmother, and for 12 years a Kundalini Yoga teacher registered with IKYTA (the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Association).
Her journey to discovering kundalini yoga was by chance while taking her youngest daughter to her after school extra-curricular activities. She then went on to qualified Kundalini yoga with Sky International Schools of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan which is certified by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute, USA).
Her purpose is to uplift and inspire her students, and to encourage them to find their own truth and to also share a more conscious lifestyles, both on and off the mat.
