"From Madrid to the Moon" & How Telecommunications Evolved
[Please read it through, important info at the end]
Hello Science Lovers, join me in a free guided tour of these two free exhibits and guided tour offered only once a week. First, we´ll learn about the history of telecommunications and then about the role Spain played in Apollo XI´s success. The visit will last about 1 hour+.
Afterwards, we´ll go for a lovely and authentic Brunch around the corner, owned and managed by an InterNations fellow member.
We can only reserve our spot for the 30-person guided tour starting at 11:30 until 11:55 on a "first come, first serve basis". The tour starts at noon. Thus, we´ll meet there at 11:15 to secure a spot. If there is a line and you don´t see me, just joing the line and sign up asap. Unfortunately, I can´t sign up anyone else but myself. So, if you arrive once the 30-people limit has been reached, you´ll be out of luck. You can always enjoy the newly renovated street, do some shopping, and then wait for us at the Brunch place.
Please be aware that the metro station Gran Via is under construction. Metros Sol, Callao, Banco de España are not far though.
