Desert BBQ Party with Movie Night & Camping

Let’s get together, make new friends, and have fun from the rich desert of Dubai.

The event is planned in Al Qudra, a bit outside the crowded spots, so we get our own peaceful space. The plan is to get together at 5PM that will give us enough time to set up our tents and BBQ grills.

The final location will be shared with the confirmed adventurers on the day of the event. It’s not outside Dubai and easily accessible by Sedan cars.

We will have games, food, music and fun activities to engage the community.

We will watch a movie on the big screen with pop corn. 🍿

This is a self-catering event, so feel free to bring food that is enough for your party size and a bit to share. I do, however, recommend having potluck so we can all share.

Please make a note of the following recommended items:

- Tent
- Sleeping bags / pillow / blanket
- Chair for each participant
- Warm clothes, socks, hat (Yea, it will be coooold) 🥶
- Firewood (one pack must for each car)
- Privacy Tent for toilet (no sharing of toilets for hygienic reasons)

I can guide you with the basic camping gear if you don’t have one and need assistance. Give me a shout, and I’ll be happy to help.

Transportation: In case you need a ride, I will arrange a ride sharing sheet so folks who have space can accommodate. Be ready to keep your driver entertained 😉

This is a FREE event, and the only contribution required is a firewood pack for each car.
