Tai Chi for beginners
I’ve practiced Yang-, Chen- and Wu style for decades. It can be used as a martial art or as a form of walking Zen!
Either way, it’s promoting health, strength, stamina and coordination.
Bring sports attire and some beverages.
But please, drinking only before or after training and in between only when all have a break.
Only active participants- no spectators.
We’ll also learn and practice the 9 temple movements as a preparation.
We’ll start with the Zheng Manqing short form, but won’t be able to learn it on this first event, so I hope we can establish a regular group for the summer…
