What about hiking in the countryside with a spectacular colourful scenery?
Today (October 18th) I went scouting the walk and it looked as I expected: wonderful, absolutely stunning.

Prepare yourselves to see a variation of mushrooms, a canopy of brown and green fernes, leaf and pine trees, heath, open areas with swamps, ...

I recommend hiking shoes with a good sole because lots of acorns on the trails. One half a liter bottle of water will do. Umbrella depending on the weather forecast might be useful.

The hike is devided in two loops (halfs) where we have a stop with coffee, toilets in the middle. The total length is 9.3 Km - no mud or difficult trails.

Afterwards you can have late lunch (€15.5 Flemish dish of the week, or €? a la carte).

Organize yourselves with car pooling - public transport is not an option.
