The film had its world premiere in the main competition of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on 3 September Protected content , where it won the Grand Jury Prize and other six parallel prizes.
29 January Protected content . Volunteers from the Red Crescent receive an emergency call. A six-year-old girl is trapped in a car in a besieged area of Gaza. As she begs for help, the car is being fired at from all sides by the Israeli army. The emergency services volunteers try to keep her on the line and reassure her, while at the same time doing everything they can to get an ambulance to her. The longer the night goes on, the more desperate the task seems to become.
