Let’s enjoy a flamenco concert in the park with Casa Triana Flamenco, a Chicago based dance school.
Expect the full force of Andalusia - the thunderous zapateado bulería footwork that shakes the stage, the deep resonance of flamenco guitar, the raw emotional power of cante — flamenco singing that reaches places words alone cannot go. From the ancient soleá to the joyful fire of the bulería, flamenco speaks a language that transcends borders.
Bring food and drinks to share (I will bring Sangria) and something to sit on.
