Concept: When Fine Dining Meets Perfumery – Translating Scent into Taste: Turning Fragrances into Desserts

Join us for a special tasting dinner in a beautiful seaside setting while watching the sunset, where gastronomy and perfumery come together in a unique sensory experience.

The menu is inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean and the French Riviera, combining Provençal specialities with contemporary influences.

The evening will feature vegetable pinsa, homemade panisses—a traditional Provençal chickpea speciality—and calamari tempura, followed by an assortment of grilled meats, including pork pluma, rack of lamb, beef fillet, and chicken, served with potatoes.

To conclude the experience, you’ll discover the signature dessert from the “One Perfume, One Cake” concept: a unique creation inspired by the exceptional fragrance Sunset Hour by Goldfield & Banks.
