This period of social distance, endless workfromhome and self-isolation has been tough for everyone. This has also led to bad eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and low motivation on workouts.

The Consuls at Active Lifestyle are going to change that for you!

Part 1 – Kashef

Focus will be Protected content fitness routines like push up, squats, etc. you can do in a restricted space with no equipment. If you are a beginner, we suggest you take it slow and start with fewer repetitions. Make sure you perform a few stretches before and after the workout so your body can recover quickly.

Part 2 – Jaana

Staying motivated and committed are the keys to success. Achieving motivation and commitment is easier said than done. If you have started and restarted exercising in your past life and have not been able keep it up, if you have noticed that your level of activity has decreased during pandemic, or if you want to get active for the first time ever, then Part 2 is for You!
