Ready to Join?

These practices leading up to Big D Climb March 25, Protected content , will help you prepare to climb to the 70th floor of the tallest building in Dallas.

We will meet at Protected content , where you can find 10 floors worth of stairs. You will get a great workout, expert coaching, and a good foundation to conquering the building. Training will start from the basics and from the level you're at, and gradually increase your endurance so that you WILL be able to do it.

You don't have to sign up for the Big D Climb in order to join us for the practice. Come along even if you want to just a good workout or socialize.

Typically, we'll do a lunch/brunch together after the practice (at your own cost).
