Stairs & Brunch

We will meet at {% location %} Cityplace Dart station, {% endlocation %} where you can find 10 floors worth of stairs. You will get a great workout, expert coaching, and a good foundation for conquering the building. Training will start from the basics and from the level you're at, and gradually increase your endurance so that you WILL be able to do it.
Bring a pair of gloves and wear comfortable shoes.
You don't have to sign up for the Big D Climb in order to join us for the practice. Come along even if you want just to have a good workout or socialize.
Typically, we'll do a lunch/brunch together after the practice (at your own cost).
