First Stair Practice - Big Climb Dallas 2026
Time to kick off the climb season, TowerRunners!
This 30–45 min session is perfect for:
-Past climbers returning for our 10th anniversary
-New climbers curious to try
-Anyone wanting a fun, challenging cardio workout
We’ll teach you everything from technique to pacing to mental strategies so you feel confident and strong on climb day.
Bring water, good shoes, GLOVES (the rails are dirty) and your best energy — we’ve got a big season ahead!
