July Event - Amin Maalouf (Arabic literature)
We are back! Let's carry on from where have left off, with what originally would have been our April event, Arabic literature.
This year, we have started reading books from Nobel Prize winners.
Naguib Mahfouz, an Egyptian novelist, playwright and screenwriter, became the first Arabic writer to win the Nobel prize in literature in Protected content .
You may read any book you like from this genre and share your impressions when you join us.
