Whatever the reason might be, this is a first step to level up your life, and you are all welcome!
About me: Sitting at an office desk for many hours is my daily life, but I have also been following my passion for fitness for the last 8 years, which means I am a self-built, self-taught normal guy, who wants to feel and look the best in this life. Also, I want to contribute and share my knowledge with you to do the same.
I am organizing online training twice a week, to help you get in shape and feel better.
All you need is a yoga mat and to show up 🤷♀️. I promise a lot of sweat and a good time.
In my experience, practicing together is much better than training alone. In addition, knowing that you are not alone and that there are other people doing the same stuff actually boosts motivation.
The training is suitable for all people: beginners, intermediate, advanced because you can adjust the tempo accordingly.

We will use Zoom, a video conferencing tool.
