Wallfahrt Retz to Znojmo 27.04

I invite you to join the exciting Wallfahrt on April 27th and 28th, Protected content .

Here are the main points of the route:

We will depart from Retz through Znojmo/Znaim (Czech Republic) to Tasovice-nad-Dyji/Taswitz (Czech Republic), the birthplace of Klemens Maria Hofbauer, the patron saint of Vienna.

On the first day, the route leads us from Retz to Znojmo, and on the second day, from Znojmo to Tasovice.

📍The tour can be shortened to 1 day with or without overnight stay!

The duration of the hiking route is about 5.5 hours (approximately 22 km) on the first day. There are two short breaks and one long break, so don't forget to bring provisions!

We'll start our adventure with a communal breakfast on the first day at Wiklicky confectionery at Znaimerstraße 2, Protected content , at 8:30 am. The confectionery is located north of Retz's main square, a 12-minute walk from the train station.

The hike begins at 9:30 am on the first day.

We'll spend the night at three central hotels in Znojmo: Hotel Lahofer, Hotel Mariel, and Hotel Morava. The cost of rooms (including breakfast) is 45 or 49 euros per person for a double room (8 rooms already booked in advance) and 84 euros for a single room (4 rooms already booked in advance).

Dinner will be provided at Hotel Mariel or a nearby restaurant at 7:00 pm.

For transportation to and from, public transport is recommended. There are also parking spaces at the Retz train station.
