Stress Management- Miracle Routines
Hello Internations :)
I am inviting you to a workshop of life balance series where will be focusing on creating daily routines (or rituals) as a foundation of stress management.
We will create morning and evening routines and add a few suggestions on how to improve them.
The workshop will also cover 2 types of most practical and effective meditations - mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.
This even is co-hosted by Open Space - a non-profit space. All events and workshops are hosted on a voluntary basis in order to raise contributions for Lentil as Anything and to enrich the community. For this workshop we recommend a contribution of $20, but as always, all we ask is that you contribute as you can.
