Hills, Woods and Water in Beroun Area
Approx. 14kms through forest and villages, and across meadows - lovely countryside. A few hills, but nothing too steep. We finish in the pretty village of Hyskov, where there's the chance to swim in the Berounka river to cool off at the end of the walk. We can get something to eat in Beroun at the end of the walk, but bring a snack and drink - we'll have a stop on the way. And don't forget swimstuff!
We'll need to keep a regular pace - not fast - but we can't keep stopping if we are to fit everything in : Protected content plan is for a pleasant walk, then a swim (optional) at Hyskov weir, train to Beroun, meal, then train back to Prague.
Please wear suitable hiking boots or shoes for the forest trails.
