Meandering Along Sázava River

This is one great hike and reportedly the oldest in the country!
We will wander along the banks of the Sázava river, in this section a protected park called Mednik. We should be able to admire cliffs, spot water sources and perhaps also a waterfall!
It will include a small elevation of 270m, walking in a forest, to make it 1-loop hike. Overall 13 km according to Mapy.
Here is the synopsis:
- train to Petrov station, then we warm up along the Sázava for about 3 km
- walking up to Mednik and Chlum "summits", protected by the forrest, then reaching the village of Třebsín, we should have nice views on the surroundings before going back to the shadows of Sázava; 5 km
- meandering with the river, with further viewpoints, making photos and snacking, the enjoyable part. There is some "forest restaurant" close to the end, but it is unclear it will be opened.
- ending the hike at Petrov station, you decide to stay for beer, lunch or move on. There is a train back to Prague every hour

Caveats:
a- expect some narrow paths here and there
b- bring your water and snacks, no refill after Pikovice village
c- as we cross a protected park, we don't leave anything behind

Last point: if there is no identified beach, I wish to find a bathing spot on the way!
