Build, Train, Sweat with Swei Online: Training never stops!
Our very own local Swei Tang, will be leading heart-pumping at-home fitness training workouts. Focus will be on core, legs and upper body exercises for this week. If you have a hard floor, I strongly recommend you don some running shoes. A yoga mat would also help for some of the strength exercises. Else, you just need some floor space, water and determination. Prepare to burn, Denver.
