Opera 'JUANA DE ARCO EN LA HOGUERA'
We will watch this original opera, in reality a dramatic oratory based on the poem by Paul Claudel, 'Jeanne d'Arc au bûcher'. The prologue is 'La Damoiselle Elue', by romantic composer Claude Debussy.
The opera is in French and the protagonist actress is the renowned French and international actress Mario Cotillard ('La vie en rose' on Edit Piaff's life). The subtitles are in Enlgish & in Spanish and the conductor is Alex Ollé, from the internationally renowned Spanish theatre company La Fura dels Baus.
In short, a unique opportunity to see great artists work in an original and artistic lyrical performance.
