Helsinki Gallery Walk - Take a Tour of Opening Nights

Another pleasant Thursday awaits to enjoy some contemporary Finnish artwork with a group of other InterNations art lovers.
Come join us for a tour of three top-notch galleries in the heart of the neighborhoods of Kamppi, Kaartinkaupunki and Punavuori.
While most of Helsinki's private art spaces close for the day in this part of the afternoon, our two selected galleries will be hosting the opening night of the exhibitions of
Erno Enkenberg (realistic painter)
Sakari Kannosto (sculptor)
Iria Leino (abstract painter)
What this will offer us in each case is a chance to meet and chat with the curators of each exhibition as well as the artists who created the work hanging on the walls. This is a fun way to see local art as it offers the opportunity to learn something extra about the artists if you like, as well as see these artists' latest creations with the public before anyone else.
We'll meet outside of the restaurant Kappeli in the Esplanade (and inside its foyer if the weather makes an interior meeting point preferable).
The tour of the three galleries will entail a total of Protected content of walking (or only Protected content if the group agrees together to take a tram for higher efficiency). We will reach the last one by 18.30.
If we find ourselves interested afterwards, we can pick out a place for a drink, a light snack or a meal.
