Discussion topic: Parents - and How Our Relationship Shaped Us

We all get older. So do our parents. Think about how they did (or still do) affect your life. Looking back, what was the most important message they conveyed to you?
Did they discourage or encourage you? What was avoidable in their education, that could have prevented pain or wrong belief patterns in your adult life? Was your parents house open for your friends - or were there rigid rules and manners? Did you grow up in poverty or wealth? Did they read to you at bed time or were they stressed out by their own life? Did they teach you about finances, relationships and soft skills? Was there enough love? ...?

As always, at 19:30 we meet/ greet/ order drinks. They offer snacks like pizza and sandwiches.
We start talking at 20:00 sharp until 22:00h max.
