Gentle Yoga Practice and Mindful Walking Meditation

Here is another great opportunity to relax after a working day and balance ourselves in the Mother Nature.
We will meet at Protected content
It is a very nice park with a small lake in the middle of the city. We will walk through the park to find a comfortable place to practice. After a gentle yoga exercises to release the tension in the body we will walk barefoot (if u prefer with shoes) on the grass to charge our bodies with nurturing energy of Mother Earth. Then we can have drinks at Malta Köşkü.
Mindful Walking Meditation have benefits of slowing down the mind and bring awareness to your body, reduce stress and negative emotions, increase creativity and can make you feel serene and balanced.
The event is free of charge. No prior yoga experience is needed to attend. Please bring your yoga mat and water bottles and wear comfortable clothing.
