Lighten Up! Have Some Anti-Gravity
Well, some anti-gravity yoga, that is. So not the kind where you are bound to the ground on your mat but where instead you are suspended from the ceiling by means of a large piece of cloth that supports you. Does that sound exciting to you?
For the uninitiated: wear loosely fitting clothes so you can move freely. No shoes. You will be in the capable hands of an experienced teacher so never fear.
Anti-gravity yoga is gentle on your joints and back. You can also make deeper stretches with the support of the cloth. It is safe and easier than standard yoga. It strengthens your core and improves your balance. It is suitable for people with neck or back problems.
