To Delegate or Not to Delegate?
To delegate or not to delegate?
When we talk about delegation it often sounds like a Hamletian dilemma.
In fact, the delegation process is in the first place a leadership capacity, not only a management skill.
In this workshop, we will have a conversation about the basic principles for an effective, safe, and agile delegation process. We will see how to escape the black and white approach to delegating and how business leaders and entrepreneurs can free up their time to focus on their strategic priorities and mission while at the same time empower their team and increase performance in their scaling enterprise.
