8:00 AM – meeting point in Bologna, at ENI behind the Bus Station, Viale Masini 1/3
8:15 AM – departure by coach to Urbino
10:30 AM – arrival in Urbino.
10:45 AM – start of guided tour of the Palazzo Ducale
One of the absolute pinnacles of the Italian Renaissance. The palace houses masterpieces by major masters of the 15th–16th centuries (Piero della Francesca, Raphael, Paolo Uccello).
12:30 PM – transfer towards the Furlo Gorge
1:00 PM – lunch at Ristorante La Ginestra
2:40 PM – optional walk in the Gola del Furlo, a nature reserve that represents a unique encounter between history and landscape. The pass was strategic as early as Imperial Rome.
3:00 PM – guided tour of the Abbey of San Vincenzo al Furlo, whose origins date back to the early Middle Ages and which has always been a place of rest and spirituality along the Apennine routes.
4:00 PM – departure back to Bologna
