Let's taste some amazing Georgian food!
Nestled in the Caucasus mountain range between the Black and Caspian seas, the Republic of Georgia is as beautiful as it is bountiful. The unique geography of the land, which includes both alpine and tropical zones, has created an enviable culinary tradition.
Some of the Georgian staple foods include (available to order at the restaurant, of course!):
Khinkali - dumplings filled with meat and seasoned with herbs
Harcho - soup made with beef, rice, walnut and fresh herbs
Ajapsandali - Vegetable stew with eggplant, potato, tomato, pepper, onion, parsley and cilantro
Khachapuri - cheese-filled bread that can also include herbs and meat
Chanakhi - lamb stew with potato, tomato eggplant and herbs
